The machines from the UNICA series represent the most important outcom of Project Systems’ planning and manufacturing synthesis.
They are equipped with an innovative PATENTED wash tank asa result of state-of-the-art technology.
Thanks to a revolutionary production system, we’ve achieved to manufacture an angular rounded shaped tank out of single sheet ofstainless steel. The new tank heating element has been fitted externally,
while the drain pump , standard for all models, lets the machine do without the overflow. As a result, the machines feature a rounded tank without any obstacle, a pleasant esthetical effect and an incomparable cleaning easiness.

EASY TO USE; the electronic switchboard is easy to use ; the functioning is fully automatic : a stop device automatically blocks the machine if a baskets gets to the end of the exit table.
LOW COSTS; the CT100 suitable for a continuous wash, thanks to a timed-wash system , allows an efficient and economy fitful work in particular moments of the day.
REVERSIBILITY ; this is the main feature of the rinse system of the CT100 ; the complete arrangement of the machine easily allows the reversal of the basket sliding.
On demand, the CT100 can be equipped, apart from the standard accessories, also with drying tunnel, heat retriever and steam condenser.
